1 - Only members of the county Food Groups in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey & Sussex are eligible for a
discounted copy of the retail toolkit. You must indicate which
food group membership you currently have.
2 - You are required to provide your Guild of Fine Food membership number when ordering
3 - Prices are inclusive of VAT
4 - The retail toolkit website and related materials, information, products and services (or to third party information, products and services), is provided 'as is', without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
5 - We do not warrant that the information contained in the material will be error free or that defects will be corrected. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the retail toolkit.
6 - By completing and submitting this form to retail-toolkit.co.uk, you agree that the information provided in this form is correct and can be included in the South East Food Group Partnership client relationship management systems and made available for internal use. We will not sell this information to third parties but may make it available for joint branded use on collaborative / partnership projects. Please note that we will always respect your decision and your privacy.
7 - The above Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
